目的分析和对比蛋白质芯片法和化学发光法检测卵巢癌患者血清中肿瘤标志物CA125、CA199、CEA的检测结果。方法分别用蛋白质芯片法和化学发光法对50例卵巢癌患者进行CA125、CA199、CEA检测。结果两种方法的测定结果无显著性差异(P>0.05)。结论蛋白质芯片法与化学发光法在检测CA125、CA199、CEA结果上具有较高的一致性,对卵巢癌的检测具有较高的实用价值。
Objective To analyze and compare the detection results of serum tumor markers CA125, CA199 and CEA in patients with ovarian cancer by protein chip method and chemiluminescence method. Methods 50 cases of ovarian cancer patients with CA125, CA199, CEA detection by protein chip and chemiluminescence. Results The results of the two methods showed no significant difference (P> 0.05). Conclusion Protein chip method and chemiluminescence method have high consistency in detecting CA125, CA199 and CEA, and have high practical value for the detection of ovarian cancer.
