对连续吸附蒸馏过程进行了分析,该过程在恒沸或沸点相近物系的分离及需用吸附除去不纯物的精细化工产品提纯等方面显示了特别的优越性,并在所建立的吸附蒸馏实验装置中,对接近恒沸组成的乙醇-水物系和乙酸乙酯-水-正丁醇物系进行了分离实验,采用4A分子筛为吸附剂,分别得到了99.9%的乙醇和高纯度的乙酸乙酯及正丁醇。
The continuous adsorption distillation process was analyzed. The process showed special superiority in the separation of azeotropic or near-boiling systems and the purification of fine chemical products which need to be adsorbed and removed to remove impurities. In the established adsorption-distillation In the experimental set-up, ethanol-water system and ethyl acetate-water-n-butanol system which are close to azeotrope were separated experimentally. 4A molecular sieve was used as adsorbent to obtain 99.9% ethanol and high purity Ethyl acetate and n-butanol.
