人们对成人呼吸窘迫综合征(ARDS)的认识虽已有15年,但是对其确切的发病机制及病因尚未能清楚地了解。目前有人认为纤维蛋白(原)的降解产物,也即碎片D双体(D-dimer)可能为ARDS的发病诱因,并在ARDS的病理过程中起一定的作用。【纤维蛋白(原)的降解】纤维蛋白(原)在纤维蛋白溶酶的作用下,逐步进行降解,产生多种分子量大小不同的降解产物。纤维蛋白(原)首先被水解释出碎片A、B、C及碎片X;碎片X继续降解生成碎片Y及碎片D(FgD):碎片Y再继续生成
Although people have been aware of ARDS for 15 years, the exact pathogenesis and etiology of ARDS have not been clearly understood.
