在我国出版业尤其是国有企业中,股权激励受到多方面的制约,因而较少采用。但近年来,国家有关管理部门开始鼓励推行,法律框架也日益趋于具体、完备。我国的股权激励有多种实现方式,如期权激励、限制性股票计划、员工持股计划、虚拟股票等,民营书业机构采用较多,以实现全员或核心人员持股;国有新闻出版业中,也可酌情采用,特别是在增量资产上做文章,以激发从业人员的积极性、创造性。
