农村村卫生室是我国农村三级医疗卫生保健网的网底。承担着广大农民常见病的治疗和卫生防疫、妇幼保健工作,对方便农民,保护劳动力起到重要作用。但如果消毒制度不严,极易造成医源性感染。根据卫生部《消毒管理办法》和《消毒技术规范》的要求,我们调查了20个村卫生室的消毒工作现状,从中发现不少问题,必须引起有关方面重视。本次调查主要分五个方面,即空气污染、消毒剂浓度、医疗器械污染、乡村医生手污染及物体表面污染;共 Rural village clinics are the network of China’s rural tertiary medical and health care network.
