1991年前,山东省小麦白粉菌优势小种为15号,以后呈波浪形下降;1994年14号小种上升为优势小种,出现频率为77.8%,其次是15号和16号小种。山东省小麦白粉菌群体毒性基因,以V1、V5、V6、V7的毒力频率最高(100%)。而V2、V4b、V2+V6表现无毒力,V5+V6、V4b+Mli(5)、V17毒力频率较低(5.1~25.9%),与其相对应的抗性基因Pm2、Pm4b、pm2+pm6、pm5+pm6、pm4b+Mli(5)等是有效抗病基因。山东省小麦白粉菌含有9个以上毒性基因的菌株,出现频率为96.3%,毒性基因谱广。
Before 1991, the dominant race of wheat powdery mildew in Shandong Province was No.15, and then declined in a wavy pattern. In 1994, the races of No.14 rose to the dominant race, with a frequency of 77.8%, followed by No.15 and No.16 Species.
