为了探讨肝素雾化吸入能否降低BHR,对36例患者随机分两组进行观察,其中实验组(24例)用肝素25000U雾化吸入,每天1次,疗程7天。结果,治疗前后组胺支气管激发试验第一秒钟用力呼气容积下降20%时组胺浓度(PC20FEV1)分别为2.05±1.21mg/ml和4.23±1.75mg/ml(P<0.05);对照组(12例)用生理盐水雾化,治疗前后PC20OFEV1分别为1.94±1.05mg/ml和2.00±1008mg/ml(P>0.05)。提示肝素雾化吸入可抑制组胺所致的支气管收缩,并降低BHR。
In order to investigate whether heparin inhalation can reduce BHR, 36 patients were randomly divided into two groups. The experimental group (24 patients) was inhaled with 25000U heparin once daily for 7 days. The results showed that the histamine concentration (PC20FEV1) was 2.05 ± 1.21mg / ml and 4.23 ± 1.75mg / ml respectively when the forced expiratory volume decreased by 20% in the first second of bronchial provocation test before and after treatment (P < 0.05). In the control group (12 cases), the PC20OFEV1 was 1.94 ± 1.05mg / ml and 2.00 ± 1008mg / ml respectively before and after treatment with saline (P> 0.05). Tip heparin inhalation can inhibit histamine induced bronchoconstriction, and reduce BHR.
