古人云:“用兵之道,攻心为上”。商战如兵战,能否在商战中运用好攻心策略,对企业的生产经营至关重要。在这方面,海外企业可谓“攻心高手”,他们在经营活动中善于把握消费者心理及其规律,注重从心理上征服对方,以情感人,使消费者心甘情愿做出购买举动。本文撷取诸海外企业攻心“大手笔”,以供国内广大企业经营者借鉴。
The ancients said: “The road to military use, to attack on the heart.” A commercial war such as a soldier warfare can play a crucial role in the production and operation of an enterprise if it can make good use of its aggressive strategy in the commercial war.
