本文对比分析了食管癌核抗原Ｅｌｉｓａ检测系统中两种包被液的效果。结果表明，磷酸盐缓冲液和碳酸盐缓冲液均可作为肿瘤核杭原的包被液，两者无显著性差异。 This article comparatively analyzed the effect of two kinds of coating liquid in the Elisa detection system of esophageal cancer nuclear antigen. The results showed that both phosphate buffer and carbonate buffer could be used as the coating solution of nuclear and cytoplasm. There was no significant difference between them.
