目的建立一种测定不粘锅聚四氟乙烯涂层中溶出氟含量的KOH等度淋洗离子色谱方法。方法按国标法将样品煮沸0.5 h浸泡24 h,取浸泡液经0.22μm滤膜过滤后,用电导检测-离子色谱仪分析测定。样品由KOH淋洗液冲洗到IonPac AS19分析柱中,经分离洗脱后进入ASRS 300抑制器,最后由电导检测器测定,数据处理系统计算结果。结果方法的最低检出浓度为0.004 mg/L;精密度测定结果的相对标准偏差为0.26%~4.58%;回收率试验中,加标回收率为91.6%~107.5%;标准曲线的相关系数为0.999 9。结论本文比较了国标法与离子色谱法测定不粘锅聚四氟乙烯涂层中溶出的氟,离子色谱法操作简便快速、检出限低,精密度高,加标回收率令人满意,非常适用于不粘锅聚四氟乙烯涂层中溶出氟含量的测定。
OBJECTIVE To establish a KOH isocratic leach ion chromatographic method for the determination of dissolved fluorine in non-stick teflon coating. Methods According to the national standard method, the samples were boiled for 0.5 h and soaked for 24 h. After the soaking solution was filtered through 0.22 μm membrane, it was determined by conductivity detection - ion chromatography. The sample was washed with KOH eluant to IonPac AS19 analytical column, separated and eluted into ASRS 300 suppressor, and finally measured by conductance detector. The data processing system calculated the results. Results The minimum detectable concentration was 0.004 mg / L. The relative standard deviations (RSDs) were 0.26% ~ 4.58%.
