Example 1 One day, a chess player participates in a chess game. His morning result is that he loses two games. The number of games won is 30% of the number of games in the day. In the afternoon, he loses and wins in addition to two draws. The numbers are 20% and 40% of the number of games in the afternoon respectively. How many games does the player participate in throughout the day?
