我国大豆生产基地之一的黑龙江省,地处半干旱区,春季气温低,春天风大少雨,易发生春旱而影响全苗,对大豆产量影响很大。为了解决在大豆生产中存在的抗旱保苗的实际问题,我们对不同抗旱类型大豆品种种子的适旱特性进行了研究。材料和方法 1.种子吸水率的检测材料:选用黑龙江省不同抗旱类型大豆品种(系)16个:呼80—1001、安丰1号、庆选101、黑河3号、合丰22号、合丰25号、嫩丰12号、嫩丰11号、丰收18号、绥农3号、绥农4号、绥农5号、绥农6号、黑农11号、黑农26号、东农82—833。方法:将16个品种(系)各选取30粒于50毫升
