飞机是工业制造领域中的集大成之作,随着我国经济的快速发展及工业实力的不断增强,我国在飞机设计、制造领域中不断前行突破并取得了显著的成就。在飞机的加工制造中飞机结构件是飞机的骨架和气动外形的主要零部件,其加工质量的好坏对于飞机的制造质量有着极为重要的影响。现今在飞机结构件的加工制造中主要采用的是高速铣削加工。文章在分析高速铣削加工特点的基础上对如何做好飞机结构件的高速铣削加工进行分析阐述。
Aircraft is a masterpiece in the field of industrial manufacturing. With the rapid economic development and continuous enhancement of industrial strength in our country, our country has continuously made breakthroughs and achieved remarkable achievements in the field of aircraft design and manufacturing. In aircraft manufacturing, aircraft structural parts are the main components of aircraft skeleton and aerodynamic shape. The quality of machining is of great importance to the manufacturing quality of aircraft. Nowadays, the main parts used in the machining of aircraft structural parts are high-speed milling. Based on the analysis of the characteristics of high-speed milling, the paper analyzes and elaborates how to make high-speed milling of aircraft structural parts.
