《青海省“十二五”城镇住房发展规划》(以下简称《规划》)近日实施,《规划》明确建立以政府为主提供基本保障、以市场为主满足多层次需求的住房供应体系。提出力争“十二五”期间,使全省城镇居民人均住房建筑面积达到32平方米以上。《规划》明确了“十二五”期间一系列发展指标,在保障性住房建设方面,计划建设各类保障性住房18万套,各类棚户区改造26万户,新增廉租租赁补贴2.7万户,建设藏区干部职工周转房1.29
