目的:了解产超广谱β内酰胺酶细菌的种类及其对抗生素的敏感性。方法:用双纸片扩散试验从1997年我院患者标本中检测产超广谱β内酰胺酶的细菌,测定它们对抗生素的敏感性。结果:产超广谱β内酰胺酶细菌以大肠杆菌和肺炎克雷伯菌为主,从正常为无菌部位的标本中分离的菌株产酶者占47%。体外药敏试验提示,产超广谱β内酰胺酶细菌对亚胺硫霉素全部敏感,对阿米卡星耐药率低,对氧哌嗪青霉素、三代头孢类抗生素及喹诺酮类耐药性高。结论:产超广谱β内酰胺酶细菌种类多,对抗生素耐药性高
Objective: To understand the type of ESBLs producing bacteria and its sensitivity to antibiotics. Methods: The double-disk diffusion test was used to detect ESBLs-producing bacteria in our hospital from 1997 to determine their sensitivity to antibiotics. Results: Escherichia coli and Klebsiella pneumoniae were the main bacteria producing extended-spectrum β-lactamase. 47% of the isolates were isolated from the normal aseptic samples. In vitro susceptibility tests suggest that ESBLs producing bacteria are all sensitive to imipenem, low resistance to amikacin, resistance to piperacillin, third generation cephalosporins, and quinolones high. Conclusion: There are many bacteria producing ESBLs and their resistance to antibiotics is high
