本文研究了2,2,6,6-四甲基-4-羟基-哌啶氧自由基(简写TMHPO自由基)对丙烯酸单体自由基聚合的阻聚效应,当其用量为单体用量的0.1—0.3％时阻聚效果显著。特别是TMHPO自由基-BQ-PT混合阻聚剂,效果更为突出,远优于碘(KI)及其它丙烯酸通用阻聚剂。另外还讨论了TMHPO自由基-BQ-PT配方协同效应机理。
In this paper, 2,2,6,6-tetramethyl-4-hydroxy-piperidine oxygen free radical (abbreviated TMHPO free radical) polymerization inhibition of acrylic acid monomer polymerization, when the amount of monomer 0.1-0.3% when the blocking effect is significant. Especially TMHPO free radical-BQ-PT mixed inhibitor, the effect is more prominent, far superior to iodine (KI) and other common acrylic polymerization inhibitors. In addition, the synergistic effect mechanism of TMHPO free radical-BQ-PT formulation was also discussed.
