通过自编问卷,从职前培养、职后培训、自主发展三个维度出发,调查分析了某市初中全体语文教师的教研素质及获取途径。结果表明:职前培养和职后自主发展途径与教研素质没有显著的关系;职后培训与教研素质有着显著的关系并能预测一定的素质改变。在分析成因的基础上,提出了设置相关课程并改善教学方法、进一步开展系统的教研培训、强化自主学习与实践的建议。
Through the self-compiled questionnaire, starting from the three dimensions of pre-service training, post-job training and independent development, this paper investigates and analyzes the quality of teaching and research of all Chinese teachers in a junior high school in a certain city and the ways to obtain them. The results showed that there was no significant relationship between pre-service training and post-service self-development approaches and the quality of teaching and research. There was a significant relationship between post-service training and quality of teaching and research, and prediction of certain quality changes. On the basis of analyzing the causes, this paper puts forward suggestions on setting relevant courses and improving teaching methods, further developing systematic teaching and research training, and strengthening independent study and practice.
