采用维氏硬度试验机、拉伸试验机、光学显微镜手段,研究了固溶时效对7055铝合金组织和力学性能的影响,确定出最佳固溶时效工艺.研究结果表明:固溶处理470℃/60 min+495℃/20 min为较好的固溶制度,其组织中大量第二相溶入铝基体中,其抗拉强度为472.8 MPa,延伸率为13%;随后对其进行时效处理得出130℃/24 h达到峰时效态晶粒组织细化,其抗拉强度为515.9 MPa,延伸率为12%.通过上述研究,可知7055铝合金最佳热处理工艺制度为470℃/60 min+495℃/20 min,130℃/24 h.
The effect of solution and aging on the microstructure and mechanical properties of 7055 aluminum alloy was studied by means of Vickers hardness tester, tensile tester and optical microscope, and the best solution and aging process was determined.The results show that the solution treatment at 470 ℃ / 60 min + 495 ℃ / 20 min is a good solid solution system, a large number of second phase in the organization into the aluminum matrix, the tensile strength of 472.8 MPa, elongation of 13%; followed by aging treatment The results show that the grain refinement at 130 ℃ / 24 h reaches its peak, the tensile strength is 515.9 MPa and the elongation is 12% .According to the above study, the optimal heat treatment process for 7055 aluminum alloy is 470 ℃ / 60 min + 495 ° C / 20 min, 130 ° C / 24 h.
