目的建立一种快速测定消毒剂中纳米银含量的方法。方法采用电感耦合等离子体质谱(ICP-MS)仪检测法,对消毒剂中纳米银含量进行检测并作出准确性评估。结果在纳米银含量0.0~150.0μg/L范围内,ICPMS仪器的响应值与消毒剂中纳米银含量呈线性关系,线性方程为I=0.01725×C,相关系数r=0.9998,检出限为0.032μg/L,相对标准偏差<5.0%,加标回收率在95%~105%之间。结论本研究建立的ICP-MS方法能够准确测定消毒剂中纳米银含量,具有检出限低,重现性好,干扰少,定量准确度高等优点。
Objective To establish a rapid method for the determination of nano-silver in disinfectant. Methods Inductively coupled plasma mass spectrometry (ICP-MS) was used to detect the content of nano-silver in disinfectant and evaluate its accuracy. Results In the range of 0.0-150.0 μg / L, the response of ICPMS was linear with the content of silver nanoparticles in disinfectant. The linear equation was I = 0.01725 × C, the correlation coefficient was 0.9998, the detection limit was 0.032 μg / L, the relative standard deviation was less than 5.0% and the recoveries were between 95% and 105%. Conclusion The ICP-MS method established in this study can accurately determine the content of nano-silver in disinfectants with the advantages of low detection limit, good reproducibility, less interference and high quantitative accuracy.
