建筑项目工程造价管理是一个系统的、全方位的、整体性的管理过程,在项目各个不同阶段发挥着重要作用。目前国内的建筑项目工程管理还存在一些现实问题,如建筑项目投资的“三超”现象突出;“三边”工程较多,设计收费办法不合理等,影响并制约工程造价管理工作的有效开展。该文着重分析了建筑项目不同阶段工程造价管理现状,并指出各阶段存在的问题,以便为全工程造价管控提供借鉴。
