小麦是我国重要的粮食作物,种植面积及产量仅次于水稻和玉米,是北方居民的主要食粮,又是食品工业的主要原料。常年播种面积、产量分别占粮食总量的25%和22%左右。全国商品小麦的常年收购、销售和库存量均占粮食总量的1/3左右。因此小麦耕作栽培技术研究与应用对农业生产乃至国计民生具有非常重要的意义。
Wheat is an important food crop in China. Its planting area and output are second only to rice and corn. It is the main foodstuff for northern residents and the main raw material for food industry. Perennial sown area, output accounted for 25% of total grain and 22%. Perennial acquisitions, sales and stocks of commodity wheat all account for about one-third of the total grain output. Therefore, the research and application of wheat cultivation and cultivation techniques are of great significance to agricultural production and even the national economy and people’s livelihood.
