目的考察绿原酸对小鼠细胞免疫和体液免疫的影响。方法通过DNCB致小鼠耳肿胀的迟发超敏反应(DTH)、小鼠脏器巨噬细胞清除异物的功能、对5%鸡红细胞的吞噬功能的影响以及对环磷酰胺致小鼠溶血素低下的影响实验,研究绿原酸对机体细胞免疫和体液免疫的影响。结果绿原酸可明显增强DTH的耳肿胀度,增强巨噬细胞吞噬功能,提高机体血清溶血素的含量。结论绿原酸可明显增强机体细胞免疫和体液免疫的功能。
Objective To investigate the effect of chlorogenic acid on cellular immunity and humoral immunity in mice. Methods DNCB induced ear swelling in mice with delayed hypersensitivity (DTH), the function of mouse organ macrophages in removing foreign bodies, the phagocytosis of 5% chicken erythrocytes, and the effects of cyclophosphamide-induced mouse hemolysin Low impact experiments to study the impact of chlorogenic acid on cellular and humoral immunity. Results Chlorogenic acid can significantly enhance ear swelling of DTH, enhance phagocytic function of macrophages, and increase the content of serum hemolysin. Conclusion Chlorogenic acid can significantly enhance the function of cellular immunity and humoral immunity.
