在当前烟草行业对多种经营企业进行清理整顿的大背景下,作为一家产值即将超过3亿的多元化企业,要适应战略调整、内外部环境的巨大变化,原有组织结构的战略调整势在必行。本文在对发展公司的情况进行具体分析后认为,事业部制组织结构是转型调整期发展公司的最佳组织模式。本文还对基于核心能力提升的事业部制的推行进行了探讨,对发展公司事业部的结构、权限划分、管控模式进行了初步设计。
