利用稀土醇盐与PSBR橡胶乳液进行反应获得含稀土复合弹性材料进行抗热氧化研究。发现这种复合弹性材料在热氧化后力学性能的保持率比参照样品有明显的提高。热重量试验表明含稀土复合弹性材料的热分解温度大幅度上升。经过氧化机制分析 ,认为抗热氧化效应的原因主要是稀土元素具有中止自动氧化链式反应的作用以及形成的络合结构有阻碍氧化的立体效应。
The rare earth alkoxide and PSBR rubber latex were reacted to obtain rare earth composite elastic materials for thermal oxidation. It is found that the retention of mechanical properties of this composite elastic material after thermal oxidation is significantly higher than that of the reference sample. Thermogravimetric tests showed that the thermal decomposition temperature of rare earth-containing composite elastomers increased significantly. After the oxidation mechanism analysis, it is considered that the reasons for the anti-thermal oxidation effect are that the rare earth elements have the effect of stopping the auto-oxidation chain reaction and the complex structure formed has the three-dimensional effect of impeding oxidation.
