针对当前消防领域破拆工具的局限性,提出将前混合磨料水射流技术应用于消防破拆领域中。利用磨料水射流对当前防盗门进行破拆试验,通过一系列试验探究最佳射流工作参数。结果表明:对厚1.5 mm的防盗门进行破拆时,破拆效果最佳的参数初步定为压力35 MPa,破拆速率120 mm/min,靶距5mm左右,磨料浓度27%。
In view of the limitations of the current dismantling tools in the field of fire protection, it is proposed to apply the former mixed abrasive water jet technology to the field of fire protection and demolition. The use of abrasive water jet on the current anti-theft door rupture test, through a series of tests to explore the best parameters of the jet. The results show that when the 1.5 mm thick anti-theft door is demolished, the optimum parameters for initial demolition are pressure 35 MPa, rupture rate 120 mm / min, target distance 5mm and abrasive concentration 27%.
