文章为了研究紫外老化对沥青材料性质和流变性能的影响,评价其老化行为,通过改进的老化设备实现了模拟紫外环境;利用动态流变学的手段分析了3种沥青紫外老化前后的流变行为。结果表明,紫外老化后沥青在使用温度范围内复合模量变大,滞后角变小,流变性变差;更易发生脆性、疲劳破坏。试验结果表明沥青1-9的抗紫外老化能力最强,沥青2-9的抗紫外老化能力最差,沥青3-9抗紫外能力介于二者之间。
In order to study the influence of UV aging on the properties and rheological properties of asphalt materials, the aging behavior was evaluated and the simulated UV environment was achieved through the improved aging equipment. The rheological behavior of three kinds of asphalt before and after UV aging was analyzed by means of dynamic rheology behavior. The results show that the composite modulus of asphalt after UV aging becomes larger and the angle of retardation becomes smaller and the rheological properties become worse. The brittleness and fatigue failure are more likely to occur. The results show that asphalt 1-9 has the strongest anti-ultraviolet aging ability, asphalt 2-9 has the worst anti-ultraviolet aging ability, asphalt 3-9 anti-ultraviolet ability is in between.
