当前中国经济正进入全面适应经济新常态的时期,更是经济和文化一体化的时期。构建经济和文化一体化的企业文化,正受到越来越多企业的重视,已成为新世纪企业改革、经济发展和社会进步的重要标志。企业文化建设的根本目的就是用文化力激活生产力,增强凝聚力、执行力和创造力,进而提高企业的核心竞争力。员工素质是企业文化的内在要素,是承载企业灵魂、展示企业形象的主题,是提升企业竞争力、实现企业良性发展的关键。本文基于多年的工作经验,探讨了企业文化建设中如何提高供暖企业员工素质的问题。
At present, the Chinese economy is entering a period of fully adapting to the new normal economic conditions and is even more a period of economic and cultural integration. Building an enterprise culture of economic and cultural integration is receiving more and more attention from enterprises and has become an important symbol of enterprise reform, economic development and social progress in the new century. The fundamental purpose of building corporate culture is to use cultural force to activate productivity, enhance cohesion, execution and creativity, thereby enhancing the core competitiveness of enterprises. The quality of employees is an inherent element of corporate culture, the theme of carrying the soul of the enterprise and displaying corporate image, and the key to enhancing the competitiveness of enterprises and realizing the sound development of the enterprise. Based on many years of working experience, this article explores how to improve the quality of the heating enterprise staff in the construction of enterprise culture.
