目的:本研究以藏党参的正品长花党参Codonpsis thalictrifolia Wall.为研究对象,对藏党参皂苷对睾丸间质细胞功能的影响进行了初步研究。方法:利用不同质量浓度的藏党参皂苷对大鼠睾丸间质细胞进行体外培养,并测定细胞分泌睾酮的含量,cAMP的含量以及MTT吸光度。结果:藏党参皂苷质量浓度为0.4 g.L-1时,可以显著升高体外培养的大鼠睾丸间质细胞分泌睾酮的含量(P<0.05),提高cAMP的含量(P<0.01),并降低MTT吸光度(P<0.01)。结论:藏党参总皂苷可使单个睾丸间质细胞的分泌能力增强,可能由PKA通路介导。
OBJECTIVE: In this study, Codonopsis thalictrifolia Wall, a genuine Codonopsis pilosula possession of Codonopsis pilosula, was used as a research object to study the effect of Ciprofloxacin on the function of testicular stromal cells. Methods: The rat leydig cells were cultured in vitro with different concentrations of Tibetan ginseng saponin and the secretion of testosterone, the content of cAMP and the absorbance of MTT were measured. Results: When the concentration of ginseng saponins was 0.4 gL-1, the secretion of testosterone (P <0.05), the content of cAMP (P <0.01), and the MTT Absorbance (P <0.01). Conclusion: The total saponin of Codonopsis pilosula can enhance the secretion of single testicular stromal cells, which may be mediated by PKA pathway.
