体外震波碎石病人的心血管病及其防治

本文收集了1990年6月至1993年12月对尿石症患者采用体外震波碎石(ESWL)治疗的病例共683例。其中共发现有25例病人在术前、术中和术后出现心血管病及并发症,占3.5%。这些病人均得到妥当处理,保证了ESWL的安全进行。现将我们的经验报告如下。 This article collected a total of 683 cases of patients with urolithiasis treated with extracorporeal shock wave lithotripsy (ESWL) from June 1990 to December 1993. A total of 25 patients were found to have cardiovascular disease and complications before, during and after surgery, accounting for 3.5%. These patients are properly handled to ensure the safety of ESWL. Now we report the following experience.
