一种常温合成无碱速凝剂的方法及性能研究

采用硫酸铝(100~150目)、自制配位剂、有机醇胺、无机酸等,在常温条件下,制备无碱速凝剂,并研究该无碱速凝剂对不同水泥的适应性。试验结果表明:在常温条件下制备的无碱速凝剂可降低能耗且具有很好的适应性,在掺量4%~6%时,水泥初凝时间不超过5min,终凝时间不超过10min,1d抗压强度均大于7MPa,28d抗压强度比均大于90%。 Using aluminum sulfate (100-150 mesh), self-made complexing agent, organic alcoholamine, inorganic acid and so on, at room temperature, the preparation of non-alkali quick-setting admixture and study of the non-alkali quick-setting admixture for different cement adaptability. The test results show that the alkali-free quick-setting accelerator prepared at room temperature can reduce the energy consumption and has good adaptability. When the dosage is between 4% and 6%, the initial setting time of the cement does not exceed 5 minutes and the final setting time does not exceed 10min, 1d compressive strength are greater than 7MPa, 28d compressive strength ratio were greater than 90%.
