我院自1988年1月至1998年12月间．共收治粘连性肠梗阻88例．现就其治疗体会总结如下．一、临床资料男62例．女26例。年龄6～83岁．平均44．5岁。既往有腹腔内手术史者62例（70．5％）。治疗结果：非手术组52例．死亡2例；手术组36例，死亡6例。本组总死亡率9．1％（8／88）．60
Our hospital from January 1988 to December 1998. A total of 88 cases of adhesive intestinal obstruction. The treatment is summarized as follows. First, the clinical data male 62 cases. Female 26 cases. Age 6 to 83 years old. Average 44.5 years old. Past history of intra-abdominal surgery in 62 cases (70.5%). Treatment outcome: Non-operation group of 52 cases. 2 died; operation group 36 cases, 6 died. The total mortality rate of 9.1% (8/88). 60
