目的了解预包装食品营养标签在社区居民中的使用情况。方法采用多阶段分层随机整群抽样方法抽取上海市虹口区400名社区居民进行问卷调查,了解其对食品营养标签的理解、使用程度。结果有过1次以上将营养标签作为购买食品参考依据的比例是41.04%(n=151),其中,2.99%(n=11)的调查对象每次都使用、22.83%(n=84)经常使用和15.22%(n=56)偶尔使用。58.96%(n=217)的调查对象从不使用营养标签作为购买食品的参考,其中48.10%(n=177)不使用营养标签的原因是没有养成习惯,38.32%(n=141)则是因为购物时间紧张,7.07%(n=26)是因为内容难以理解或不感兴趣(24人,占6.52%)。另外,52.45%(n=193)的调查对象表示对营养标签不了解。不同人群对营养标签的使用率不同:女性比男性对营养标签的使用率更高(χ2=8.599,P<0.01);体重正常者使用率高于超重或肥胖者(χ2=5.543,P<0.01),身体健康者比患有一种或以上慢性疾病者使用率更高(χ2=6.337,P<0.01);有锻炼习惯的人比从不锻炼的人使用率更高(χ2=12.17,P<0.01);不同职业和不同年龄的调查对象对营养标签的使用率差异无统计学意义。结论居民对预包装食品营养标签使用率仍普遍较低,对标签的正确理解存在不同程度的困难。
Objective To understand the use of pre-packaged food nutrition labels among community residents. Methods A total of 400 community residents in Hongkou District of Shanghai were surveyed by stratified random sampling with multistage method to find out their understanding and use of food nutrition labels. Results One or more nutritional labels were used as reference for the purchase of food 41.04% (n = 151), 2.99% (n = 11) of the respondents used each time, 22.83% (n = 84) often Use and 15.22% (n = 56) occasional use. 58.96% (n = 217) of the respondents never use the nutritional label as a reference for purchasing food, among which, 48.10% (n = 177) did not use the nutrition label because there was no habit and 38.32% (n = 141) 7.07% (n = 26) because of lack of time to shop because of difficult or unintelligible content (24 people, 6.52%). In addition, 52.45% (n = 193) of the respondents indicated that they did not know the nutrition label. Different groups had different rates of nutrition labeling: women had higher rates of nutrition labeling than men (χ2 = 8.599, P <0.01); those with normal weight were more likely to be overweight or obese (χ2 = 5.543, P <0.01 (Χ2 = 6.337, P <0.01). People who exercised had a higher usage rate than those who never exercised (χ2 = 12.17, P < 0.01). There was no significant difference in the utilization rate of nutrition labels between different occupations and different ages. Conclusions Residents’ use rate of nutrition labeling for pre-packaged foods is still generally low, and there are different levels of difficulty in correctly understanding the labeling.
