在电场作用下,通过聚醋酸乙烯乳液(PVAc)胶合杨木单板的对比试验,初步探索了电场对胶合的影响。结果表明:①电场强度对胶合强度有极显著的影响;②在涂胶量不同,其他工艺条件相同的情况下,达到理想胶合强度的垫板间电势差是不同的。单板含水率为120%,PVAc的固含量17%,粘度60Pa·s(20℃),在室温(17~24℃)下加压(045~085MPa)3h,当涂胶量为120g·m-2和185g·m-2时,达到理想胶合强度的垫板间电势差分别为40~60V和30V左右。图2表3参3
Under the action of electric field, the effect of electric field on the gluing was explored by comparing the PVAc veneered poplar veneer. The results show that: (1) the electric field intensity has a very significant influence on the bonding strength; (2) the potential difference between the pads reaches the desired bonding strength under the same conditions with different coating amounts. The moisture content of veneer was 120%, the content of PVAc was 17%, the viscosity was 60Pa · s (20 ℃), the pressure was kept at room temperature (045 ~ 085MPa) for 3h, When the amount of adhesive coating is 120g · m-2 and 185g · m-2, the potential difference between the pads to achieve the desired bonding strength is about 40 ~ 60V and about 30V respectively.
