为了提高煤层的瓦斯抽放效率,利用高压水射流对煤层进行预割缝,而喷嘴是高压水射流系统的执行元件,因此对截割喷嘴进行特性分析;先确定计算区域,建立模型,网格划分并导入FLUENT中,对喷嘴的不同收缩角和直径进行仿真模拟。通过仿真模拟和分析计算,拟合出了速度、压力和喷嘴几何参数的表达式,可以为高压水射流系统设计、喷嘴设计、压力泵的选型提供重要的理论依据。
In order to improve the gas drainage efficiency of coal seam, pre-cutting seam by high-pressure water jet, and the nozzle is the executive component of high-pressure water jet system, so the characteristics of cutting nozzle are analyzed.
