目的了解桂林市老年人的健康自评状况及其影响因素。方法采用分层整群随机抽样方法,对桂林市社区60岁以上老年人进行入户调查。调查所得资料用Epi Data 3.1建立数据库,双人录入校检,用SPSS 13.0软件进行资料管理、统计描述、χ2检验、Logistic回归统计分析。结果老年人健康自评状况差、一般、好、很好的比例分别为12.9%、41.7%、36.5%、8.9%。Logistic回归分析结果显示,影响老年人健康自评状况的因素有文化程度、饮食口味、经济状况、是否需要依靠药物或医疗帮助、骑车或做家务1 h以上、上三层楼、情绪低落、抑郁、亲友关系、参加社保情况、两周患病情况,其OR值及95%CI分别为0.69(0.52~0.92)、1.27(1.02~1.58)、0.66(0.54~0.81)、0.50(0.40~0.63)、0.68(0.52~0.90)、0.70(0.51~0.95)、0.69(0.49~0.93)、0.60(0.47~0.77)、0.43(0.26~0.70)、0.42(0.30~0.58)。结论桂林市社区老年人健康自评状况总体比较差。经济状况良好、经常参加体育锻炼、亲友关系良好、近两周无患病、参加社保等因素对老年人健康自评作用好。
Objective To understand the health status and influencing factors of elderly in Guilin. Methods A stratified cluster random sampling method was used to investigate the elderly over 60 years old in Guilin community. The data obtained from the survey were used to establish a database with Epi Data 3.1. Two students were enrolled in the test and the data were managed by SPSS 13.0 software. The statistical description, Chi-square test and logistic regression analysis were used. Results The self-rated health status of the elderly was poor and the rates of general, good and good were 12.9%, 41.7%, 36.5% and 8.9% respectively. The results of Logistic regression analysis showed that the factors influencing the health self-assessment of the elderly were education level, dietary taste, economic status, need to rely on drugs or medical help, cycling or housework more than 1 h, three floors, depression, The odds ratio (OR) and 95% CI of depression, relatives and friends, participation in social security and the two-week prevalence were 0.69 (0.52-0.92), 1.27 (1.02-1.58), 0.66 (0.54-0.81) and 0.50 (0.40-0.63 ), 0.68 (0.52-0.90), 0.70 (0.51-0.95), 0.69 (0.49-0.93), 0.60 (0.47-0.77), 0.43 (0.26-0.70), and 0.42 (0.30-0.58). Conclusion The health self-evaluation status of the elderly in Guilin community is generally poor. Economic conditions are good, regular physical exercise, good relatives and friends, no illness in the past two weeks, participate in social security and other factors on the health of the elderly self-evaluation effect.
