[目的] 探讨合并糖尿病的踝关节骨折的处理及手术方式.[方法] 回顾分析2005年2月至2010年2月收治的95例踝关节骨折的患者,根据是否合并糖尿病而将病例分为糖尿病骨折组(37例)

[目的] 探讨合并糖尿病的踝关节骨折的处理及手术方式.[方法] 回顾分析2005年2月至2010年2月收治的95例踝关节骨折的患者,根据是否合并糖尿病而将病例分为糖尿病骨折组(37例)及对照组(58例),比较两组术后出现感染、骨髓炎、骨折延迟愈合及内固定松动等并发症的几率.[结果] 随访10~21(14.3±2.4)个月,糖尿病骨折组术后各项并发症的出现的几率与对照组比较,无显著性差异(P>0.05).[结论] 围手术期合理控制血糖和合适的手术方式,可以减少合并糖尿病的踝关节骨折术后并发症.
