浅谈φ6250系列土压平衡盾构机主驱动再制造技术

近年来,随着全国盾构机保有量不断增加以及早期生产盾构机已经存在着的超期服役及在异地使用的不适应性等因素,盾构机再制造业务已经得到全面开展,主驱动是盾构机最核心的部件,产品具有价值高、技术复杂和地质适应性要求高等特点,因而非常有必要深入研究盾构机主驱动再制造技术。通过对中铁φ6250系列土压平衡盾构机主驱动再制造工艺流程、检测标准及组装技术规范进行研究,形成一套中铁φ6250系列土压平衡盾构机主驱动再制造技术,该技术的应用可达到节约资源和降低成本的目的,会带来显著的经济效益和社会效益。 In recent years, with the continuous increase in the national shield machine ownership and the early production of shield machine has been extended service and in-situ use of other factors such as non-compliance, shield machine remanufacturing business has been fully carried out, the main driver is Shielding machine core components, products with high value, complex technology and high geological adaptability, so it is necessary to study in depth the main drive remanufacturing technology.
