采用一阶导数光谱法测定氯地滴耳液中氯霉素的含量,测定波长为303.0nm。氯霉素在0~65.2μgml-1范围内的线性关系良好,平均回收率为99.84%,RSD为0.37%(n=8)。本法操作简单快速,方法准确可靠。
Determination of chloramphenicol in the ear drops of Rhodiola by first derivative spectrometry was performed at a wavelength of 303.0 nm. The linearity of chloramphenicol in the range of 0 ~ 65.2μgml-1 was good with an average recovery of 99.84% and RSD of 0.37% (n = 8). The method is simple and fast, the method is accurate and reliable.
