9名健康者及38例不同程度肾功能不全患者,口服cefetamet 1000mg 或静注515mg 后观察其药动学。结果药物的消失有赖于肾功能。静注后血清清除(CL-S),肾清除(CL-R)及非肾清除(CL-NR)与肌酐清除(CL-CR)呈线性相关,分别为 r=0.95,0.92及0.59。半寿期清除[t(1/2β)]由健康者的2.46±0.33h 延长至患者的29.1±13.9h,患者的 CL-CR<10ml/min/1.73M~2。健康者的 CL-S 及 CL-R 分别
Nine healthy persons and 38 patients with varying degrees of renal insufficiency, oral cefetamet 1000mg or intravenous injection of 515mg observed pharmacokinetics. The results of the disappearance of drugs depends on renal function. Serum clearance (CL-S), renal clearance (CL-R) and non-renal clearance (CL-NR) and creatinine clearance (CL-CR) were linearly correlated after intravenous injection with r = 0.95, 0.92 and 0.59, respectively.
