长征是人类历史上独一无二的壮举,长征精神不仅是中华民族伟大精神的最高体现,而且具有永恒的普适价值。2011年11月,四川省社会科学院专家学者提出了由四川省牵头组织“长征路线”申请世界文化遗产以及实施建馆(建立“中国工农红军长征文化馆”)、扶贫、畅通工程的建议,立即在社会各界产生了强烈的反响和共鸣。为弘扬长征精神与推动长征路线申遗、建馆、扶贫、畅通工程,我们特面向全国征集文稿。现将有关事项通知如下:
