选用配合力好的恢复系航恢179与抗稻瘟病种质特油占杂交,对其后代进行系谱法选择,并结合稻瘟病抗性筛选,成功选育出抗稻瘟病新恢复系航恢1179。航恢1179幼苗期对36个稻瘟病菌株的抗谱为94.44%,与特油占相当(97.22%),远高于航恢179的30.56%。航恢1179的直链淀粉含量为16.92%,介于2个亲本之间。航恢1179选配的已审定的6个杂交稻组合中,除软华优1179外,其余5个均表现抗或高抗稻瘟病;宁优1179和天优1179直链淀粉含量较高(21.0%~22.2%),其余几个组合均为低直链淀粉含量(13.6%~17.2%)。说明航恢1179所配组合的稻瘟病抗性及直链淀粉含量也受母本的影响。
The restorer line Hanghui 179 with blast resistance was selected for hybridization with the restorer line Hanghui179, and its pedigree was selected by pedigree selection. The other combinations were all low amylose content (13.6% ~ 17.2%). The results showed that the resistance and amylose content of the combination of Hanghui 1179 with rice blast were also affected by the female parent.
