以大花卫矛为试材,于2013年10—11月采用分光比色法,测定了大花卫矛叶片叶绿素、类胡萝卜素、花青素的含量,并探讨各色素与温度因子的关系。结果表明:在10—11月大花卫矛叶片变色过程中,随着时间的变化叶片中叶绿素a含量、叶绿素b含量和叶绿素a+b含量呈明显下降的趋势,其中叶绿素a含量下降幅度为79.1%,叶绿素b含量下降幅度为88.8%,叶绿素a+b含量下降幅度为80.9%,类胡萝卜素含量下降幅度为44.1%。随着时间的变化,花青素含量呈明显的上升趋势,上升幅度为2 063.6%。叶绿素含量与平均最高和最低气温呈极显著正相关,类胡萝卜素含量与日平均最高和最低气温呈显著正相关,花青素含量与日平均最高和最低气温呈极显著负相关。
The method of spectrophotometry was used to determine the content of chlorophyll, carotenoid and anthocyanin in the leaves of Davidia macrophylla from October to November in 2013, and the relationship between each pigment and temperature was discussed . The results showed that chlorophyll a content, chlorophyll b content and chlorophyll a + b content of the leaves changed significantly with the time change during the discoloration of the leaves from October to November. The declining content of chlorophyll a was 79.1%, the decrease of chlorophyll b content was 88.8%, the decrease of chlorophyll a + b content was 80.9% and the decrease of carotenoid content was 44.1%. With the time changes, anthocyanin content showed a clear upward trend, an increase of 2 063.6%. There was a significant positive correlation between chlorophyll content and mean maximum and minimum temperature. There was a significant positive correlation between carotenoid content and daily average maximum and minimum temperature. Anthocyanin content was significantly and negatively correlated with daily mean maximum and minimum temperature.
