Observe the mechanism of the protective effect of Jinhong Tablets on cytokine regulation and intestinal mucosal barrier during acute biliary tract infection. SD rat acute cholangitis model was established and divided into model group, Jinhong tablet treatment group, antibiotic treatment group, simple ligation group, and sham operation group. Blood biochemistry, cytokines, inflammatory mediators, pathology, and bacterial translocation were observed. RESULTS: Jinhong Tablets can effectively inhibit the translocation of intestinal bacteria, combat endotoxemia, and significantly reduce serum bilirubin, reduce the effect of acute biliary tract infection on liver and kidney damage, and can maintain cytokine and inflammatory mediators. The acute inflammatory response is relatively stable, suppresses excessive inflammatory responses, and maintains the balance of immune function. It is suggested that Jinhong Tablets have the function of regulating the immune system and protecting the intestinal mucosal barrier in the treatment of acute biliary tract infection.
