日前由发改委牵头,国内12家汽车厂商合作成立的中发联投资公司与博格华纳(中国)投资有限公司合资成立博格华纳双离合器传动系统有限公司在北京签约,投资2亿美元双方以34%和66%控股比来共同投资,并于2011年生产双离合自动变速器的关键部件,至此,历时近10个月的“大DCT项目”落地。业界内人士言论不一,有人称“攻下了自动变速箱这个中国乘用车的最后堡垒”有人忧虑“话语权缺失中方难获核心技术”。然而不管怎么样,博格华纳在中国业务已经完成了阶段性的战略布局。用博格华纳中国区总裁谈跃生的话讲,“战略布局是对整个战役的胜负具有决定意义;这是我们具有战略定位意义的重要一步。”
