为了探讨评估肾细胞癌预后因素的指标，应用免疫组化方法研究６０ 例肾癌中细胞粘附分子ＣＤ１５ 和ｎｍ２３ 蛋白表达及其相关关系。结果表明：在肾癌细胞中ＣＤ１５ 和ｎｍ２３ 表达阳性率分别为７０ ．０％ 和５５ ．０ ％ 。肾细胞癌分级、分期和淋巴结转移与ＣＤ１５ 高表达和ｎｍ２３ 低表达有关（Ｐ 均＜ ０．０５） 。ＣＤ１５ 表达与ｎｍ ２３ 表达呈负相关性（ Ｐ＜ ０ ．００５，γ＝ － ０．４２） 。结果提示，ＣＤ１５ 高表达和ｎｍ２３ 低表达对判断肾细胞癌分化程度、预测淋巴结转移是良好指标。
To investigate the prognostic factors of renal cell carcinoma, immunohistochemistry was used to study the expression of CD15 and nm23 protein in 60 cases of renal cell carcinoma and their correlation. The results showed that the positive rates of CD15 and nm23 expression in renal cell carcinoma were 70%. 0% and 55. 0%. The grade of renal cell carcinoma, staging and lymph node metastasis were correlated with high expression of CD15 and low expression of nm23 (all P <0.05). The expression of CD15 was negatively correlated with the expression of nm23 (P <.005, γ = - 0.42). The results suggest that CD15 high expression and nm23 low expression of renal cell carcinoma to determine the degree of differentiation, lymph node metastasis is a good indicator of predictability.
