目的观察冠心平对Beagle犬急性心肌缺血模型缺血心肌的保护作用。方法将体重(12±2)kg的健康Beagle犬48只,随机分为伪手术组、模型对照组、冠心平高、中、低剂量组、阳性对照(心可舒)组,各组每日给予相应的药物,连续10 d后,用二步法结扎冠状动脉,造成Beagle犬急性心肌缺血,检则结扎后30、60、120、180 min的肌酸激酶(CK)、乳酸脱氢酶(LDH)、丙二醛(MDA)和超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)水平。结果冠状动脉结扎后,急性心肌缺血犬的CK、LDH、MDA水平升高,SOD水平下降。给予高、中、低剂量冠心宁片可明显降低CK、LDH、MDA水平(P<0.05,P<0.01),提高SOD水平(P<0.05,P<0.01)。结论冠心宁片可有效降低Beagle犬急性心肌缺血程度,减轻心肌酶谱的变化,对犬的缺血心肌有保护作用。
Objective To observe the protective effect of Guanxinping on ischemic myocardium of acute myocardial ischemia in Beagle dogs. Methods Forty eight healthy Beagle dogs weighing 12 ± 2 kg were randomly divided into three groups: sham operation group, model control group, coronary heart disease high, middle and low dose group, positive control group (XK) Given the corresponding drugs for 10 days after the ligation of the coronary artery by two-step method, resulting in Beagle dog acute myocardial ischemia, check the 30,60,120,180 ligation after ligation of creatine kinase (CK), lactate dehydrogenase (LDH), malondialdehyde (MDA) and superoxide dismutase (SOD) levels. Results After coronary artery ligation, the levels of CK, LDH and MDA in acute myocardial ischemia increased, and the level of SOD decreased. Administration of high, medium and low doses of Guanxinning Tablet could significantly reduce the levels of CK, LDH and MDA (P <0.05, P <0.01) and increase the level of SOD (P <0.05, P <0.01). Conclusion Guanxinning tablets can effectively reduce the acute myocardial ischemia in Beagle dogs, reduce the changes of myocardial enzymes and protect the canine ischemic myocardium.
