目的:同一收缴滥用物质,用不同的气相-质谱(GC-MS)联用条件检测,优化检测滥用物质的条件。方法:通过选择不同的进样口温度、载气流速、炉温起始温度、程序升温速率、炉温终末温度及保持时间,检测同一收缴滥用物质,研究不同检测条件对收缴滥用物质检测结果的影响,优化检测条件。结果:不同的检测条件对被检测滥用物质的保留时间、峰形、峰面积有一定的影响。结论:气相-质谱联用法检测收缴滥用物质的优化条件为:检测器为质谱检测器,温度280℃;扫描方式为Scan;进样口温度为250℃~280℃;载气流速为0.8ml·min-1;炉温为程序升温,起始温度为80℃~100℃,程序升温速率5℃·min-1~10℃·min-1,炉温终末温度为300℃,保持时间为10min~15min。
