通过测定土壤养分,酶活性,pH和微生物标记性磷脂脂肪酸(PLFAs)含量以及鱼腥草多酚和总黄酮含量,分析土壤养分状况、微生物特性及其与鱼腥草多酚和黄酮的关系,了解鱼腥草的土壤条件,提高栽培鱼腥草的品质。不同样地鱼腥草土壤养分、酶活性、pH和微生物的PLFAs含量以及鱼腥草多酚和总黄酮的含量存在差异;不同样地鱼腥草土壤微生物的PLFAs含量趋势为细菌>真菌>放线菌>线虫,且细菌的PLFAs含量占总微生物PLFAs的37.5%~65.0%;土壤多酚氧化酶活性,有效磷,细菌、放线菌及总微生物PFLAs的含量分别与多酚和总黄酮含量呈显著正相关(P<0.05),真菌PFLAs的含量分别与多酚和总黄酮含量呈显著负相关(P<0.05)。实验结果暗示了鱼腥革土壤条件可能主要通过土壤酶活性及微生物对土壤氮、磷的转化,改善了土壤养分的有效性,从而影响鱼腥草多酚及总黄酮的代谢累积。
The nutrient status, microbial characteristics and their relationship with polyphenol and flavonoid of Houttuynia cordata Thunb. Were analyzed by determining soil nutrient, enzyme activity, pH, microbial labeled phospholipid fatty acids (PLFAs) content and the content of polyphenols and flavonoids in Houttuynia cordata. Understand Houttuynia soil conditions, improve the quality of Houttuynia cultivation. Different samples of Houttuynia cordata Thunb soil nutrient, enzyme activity, pH and microbial PLFAs content as well as Houttuynia cordyceps polyphenol and total flavonoids content differences; different sample Houttuynia soil microorganisms PLFAs trend of bacteria> fungi> release Actinomyces> nematodes, and the PLFAs content of bacteria accounted for 37.5% -65.0% of the total microbial PLFAs. The contents of soil polyphenol oxidase activity, available phosphorus, bacteria, actinomycetes and total microbial PFLAs were respectively related to the content of polyphenols and total flavonoids (P <0.05). The content of PFLAs in fungi was significantly negatively correlated with the contents of polyphenols and total flavonoids (P <0.05). The experimental results suggest that the soil conditions of fishy leather may be mainly through soil enzyme activity and microbial transformation of soil nitrogen and phosphorus to improve the effectiveness of soil nutrients, thus affecting the metabolism of Houttuynia cordata polyphenol and total flavonoids.
