为探讨先心病(CHD)与弓形体(TOX)感染的关系,采用ELISA、PCR技术分别检测CHD患儿血清、心肌中TOX抗体及DNA。结果:TOX-IgG阳性率在CHD组和对照组之间差异有显著性(x~2=5.2847,P<0.05);而TOX-IgM阳性率在两组之间差异无显著性(x~2=0.0596,P>0.05);在TOX-IgG阳性者心肌组织中TOX-DNA阳性率高达35%。提示CHD与TOX感染密切有关,先天性TOX感染可能是CHD的致畸因子。
To explore the relationship between CHD and TOX infection, serum and myocardial TOX antibody and DNA were detected by ELISA and PCR respectively. Results: The positive rate of TOX-IgG was significantly different between CHD group and control group (x ~ 2 = 5.2847, P <0.05), while the positive rate of TOX-IgM was no significant difference between the two groups = 0.0596, P> 0.05). The positive rate of TOX-DNA in TOX-IgG positive myocardium was 35%. It is suggested that CHD is closely related to TOX infection. Congenital TOX infection may be the teratogenic factor of CHD.
