广东潮汕地区群众广泛饮用工夫茶,曾被疑为当地食管癌高发的祸首之一。汕头大学医学院副研究员李克等专家的调查表明:饮用功夫茶并不是食管癌发生的原因。 李克在英国《癌症杂志》今年第三期发表文章指出,1997年以来,研究者对潮汕地区四所主要医院收治并经临床确认的1284名食管癌病人进行了饮食和生活习惯对照调查。结果发现,饮功夫茶者的食管癌危险度均低于不饮者,居民功夫茶消费量越大,食管癌发生越少。研究者还发现,饮用功夫茶降低了饮酒者的患食管癌的危险度。
Guangdong Chaoshan area to drink a wide range of people tea, had been suspected of high incidence of esophageal local culprit. A survey by experts such as Li Ke, an associate researcher at Shantou University Medical School, shows that drinking Kung Fu tea is not the cause of esophageal cancer. In an article published in the third issue of the Cancer Journal in the United Kingdom, Rick pointed out that since 1997, researchers conducted a survey of diet and lifestyle habits among 1284 esophageal cancer patients admitted to four major hospitals in the Chaoshan area and clinically confirmed. The results showed that drinking Kung Fu tea esophageal cancer risk were lower than non-drinkers, resident Kung Fu tea consumption, esophageal cancer less. The researchers also found that drinking kung fu tea drinkers reduce the risk of esophageal cancer.
